FURSUIT TOS
General Terms
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or have written permission from a parent/legal guardian) to order.
Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse any commission that does not fit my style, is too complex, or whose design poses an ethical issue.
Valid Reference: A clear, colored reference sheet (front view minimum) is mandatory. No design will be created solely from text descriptions, unless a "Character Design" option has been validated beforehand.Payment and QuotesQuotes: Prices indicated in quotes are valid for 14 days.
Deposit: A 30% to 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the queue and start purchasing materials. Work will only begin upon receipt of this deposit.
Payment Plan:
Payment plans can be discussed for large projects, but the full amount (including shipping costs) must be paid before the fursuit is shipped. Accepted Payment Methods:
PayPal (not recommended as PayPal charges high conversion fees), bank transfer.Process and ModificationsQueue: Your spot is locked in once the deposit is paid. You can track your project's progress via Trello / regular messages. * Validations (WIP): I will send you photos/videos at key milestones (base sizing, carving, furring).
Modifications: *Minor modifications are free during the raw carving stage.
Any major changes requested after the validation of a previous step may incur extra fees and extend the timeframe.Timeframes and ShippingEstimated Timeframe: Production generally takes around 4 months depending on complexity and my current queue.
Delays: In case of unforeseen circumstances (health issues, material shortages), you will be notified immediately.Shipping: Shipping and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Customs: For international shipments, custom duties and import fees are entirely the client's responsibility. I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services or customs.Returns, Refunds, and GuaranteesRefunds: In case of cancellation midway through, work already completed and materials purchased will not be refunded.
Returns: No fursuits are accepted for return or refund after delivery, barring exceptional agreement.
Sizing Errors: A Duct-Tape Dummy (DTD) or precise measurements taken following my instructions are mandatory. I am not responsible for sizing errors if the measurements provided were incorrect.
Repairs: I guarantee my creations against manufacturing defects for 12 months (return shipping costs are your responsibility). Damages caused by normal wear and tear, mishandling, or lack of maintenance are not covered.ART TOS
-I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
-All commissions are for personal use only (profile pictures, wallpapers, printing for yourself).
-For commercial use (merch, logos, streaming assets), please contact me to discuss specific rates.
PAYMENT,
-Payments are made via PayPal in USD\EUR.
- Half payment is required upfront sketch ,Full payment is required after the sketch is approved
-No refunds once the final rendering has started.
PROCESS,
-I will provide a sketch for approval. You can request up to 3 major revisions at this stage.
-Once the sketch is approved, only minor color adjustments can be made.
-Completion time usually takes 3 day to 2 weeks depending on complexity and my queue.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE,
-As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork. I may post it on my social media or portfolio (unless you request it to remain private).
-You may not: Claim the art as your own, use it for AI training/NFTs, or edit/trace it without permission.
Please credit me when posting the artwork.
